We had a friend over for dinner last week, and we didn't want to have yet another meal with no dessert, so we rummaged around in the pantry and found a packet of Orgram Chocolate Mousse. We cut it with triple sec, and chopped up some chocolate-orange pieces which we added to the bottom and sprinkled on the top. It was pretty awesome! I love the Orgram stuff.

i bought this ages ago just for the hell of it and really hated it - it was powdery and hardly choccy at all. maybe adding more choc and some liquer is the key...
You've got to mix it for a long time, otherwise it's really gritty.
