sweet williams white chocolate
My local IGA has recently started stocking Sweet Williams white chocolate. It's sweet and I liked it, but Davyd really liked it. I'm hoping it's okay to use in baking, I'd like to try it with a raspberry and white chocolate recipe.

Oh it is tasty tasty...
The Vegan Sweets white chocolate chips are of a similar taste/consistency to the Sweet William one and I have used the chips in muffins with fruits like blueberries & raspberries and also with coconut. Worked well.
I have been meaning to try using it in banana chocolate muffins however I keep eating it before I get to baking :P
