brandy alexanders

CGB came over and brought with her the makings of brandy alexanders. I'd never had them before, and they were delicious! They're not normally vegan when you order them, but she subbed in soy milk. Fabulous!

The recipe:

30 ml Brandy
30 ml creme de cacao
60 ml soy milk.

Put into a shake with some ice, shake, pour and sprinkle nutmeg on top. Perfect for winter.

I'm a tad suspicious of soy in cocktails. Doesn't it curdle horribly?
