Didn't make it to the other ones, but went to Trippy Tacos on Smith St, Shakahari in Carlton, The organic food and wine deli and The Soup Place in Degraves St, off Flinders St in the city....I think that was it! A few places were closed on Mon and Tues so I'll have to make sure that next time I go later in the week!!

Thanks again!Mandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10175403490646057459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583373780153105573.post-8851202165665747462011-07-19T12:56:10.504+10:002011-07-19T12:56:10.504+10:00Oh man, I thought Shanghai was vegan hell. Expensive, glamorous, amazing... really not authentic Asian food whatsoever, but you know, it wasn't swimming in a pool of grossness, so I was happy there.Eloisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11400347354869305173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583373780153105573.post-46401417439649113362011-07-17T21:12:28.581+10:002011-07-17T21:12:28.581+10:00K, I've seen one of your posts, is there more?...K, I've seen one of your posts, is there more?stephhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09751546842854214664noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583373780153105573.post-37965709306317752772011-07-17T21:11:49.089+10:002011-07-17T21:11:49.089+10:00Hey Mandy, I hope I haven't missed the chance ...Hey Mandy, I hope I haven't missed the chance to offer you some recs! Def try Lord of the Fries while you're here, there's one at Melbourne Central. Jump on the tram and head up to Fitzroy and go to Yong's Green Food on Brunswick St (112 tram) or Gasometer on Smith St (86 tram). I really enjoy Nudel Bar (on Bourke St near Parliament) as well but it's not purely veg. Have lots of fun whilst you're in town!stephhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09751546842854214664noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583373780153105573.post-5869192936865212462011-07-17T11:32:08.492+10:002011-07-17T11:32:08.492+10:00have you seen our Hk posts? you have to go to chi ...have you seen our Hk posts? you have to go to chi li nunnery -so gorgeous and has a veg restaurant too !Khttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10155405131217371575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583373780153105573.post-79278228245544807402011-07-16T19:15:00.259+10:002011-07-16T19:15:00.259+10:00I love the Veg Out iPhone app by HappyCow. I don't _think_ it was 鱼香茄子 (yúxiāngqiézi) but it may have been. I realise this is pretty vague, but eating lots of eggplant is not likely to set you wrong anyway. :)pfctdayelisehttp://brianna.laugher.id.aunoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7583373780153105573.post-30920447707729492612011-07-13T13:39:06.674+10:002011-07-13T13:39:06.674+10:00NOOOOOO it ate my comment!!!!
